1. Does inSync take incremental backup for large files like PST?
Yes.
2. Does inSync support backup for locked/open files ?
Yes. Druvaa inSync uses Windows Volume Shadow service for the same.
3. Is inSync secure over WAN/Internet ?
Yes. Druvaa inSync uses client triggered backup, hence only single port (ALL to 6061) has to be opened the server firewall. Data is encrypted in transition (256 Byte SSL) and on storage (256 Bit AES).
4. Does inSync de-duplicate common emails between users INBOX?
Yes. The SendUnique technology uses file fingerprinting to de-duplicate emails, documents and even parts of files between users before taking the backup. This increases speed and reduces bandwidth and storage utilization.
